I had a frustrating time with the customer service. The replies took longer then I expected and when they did answer, it wasn’t really clear or helpful for me. I was hoping they’d sort it out better, but I don’t think I’d order again.

I bought this mount thinking it would be a quick project, but the weird part is it ended up being way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The holes didn’t line up right, and the instructions weren’t very clear, so I spent a lot more time on it than I planned. i wouldn’t buy it again.

The mount itself is fine and does what I needed it to do, so no complaints there. But the shipping took way longer than it should have, and the updates were barely useful. Always fun not knowing when something you paid for is actually going to show up.

In my experience, this just didn’t hold up very well. It started cracking after only a few months of use, which was disappointing. I personally wouldn’t buy it again...

I was hoping this would tuck away a little better, but the mount still shows more than I expected once it’s up. Maybe it depends on the setup, but for mine it just didn’t look as clean. Installation also felt a bit cheap and awkward, especially around that one part where you have to get everything lined up.

I’m sure this just wasn’t compatible with what I’m using. It might work fine for other setups, but for mine it didn’t seem to fit or function the way I needed it to.

The mount does the job, I guess. I mean, it works, but the metal feels kind of thin and the finish had a few rough spots on it. The screws were fine, not terrible, but not exactly great either. For the price, I was expecting something that felt a little more solid. It’s holding for now, but I don’t feel super confident about it long term.

My mount showed up in this super thin box with hardly any padding at all. The corners were all crushed up and I could hear the parts rattling around inside, which didnt exactly make me feel great about it. Nothing really seemed protected, and the whole thing just felt kinda careless. For what it cost, I expected way better packaging. I probably wouldnt order again unless they actually fix that.

Still see wires everywhere, annoying. Expected it to look a lot cleaner.

I tried to exchange a mount the whole return process was a pain. The email replies were slow, and when they finally came through, they were confusing and not very helpful. Not gonna lie, ordering a mount from hideitmounts.com was more frustrating than I expected. The site kept acting a little weird during checkout, and my cart refreshed twice, so I had to re-enter my shipping info all over again.

I did end up getting the order confirmation, so it worked out in the end. Still, the whole process felt clunky. It wasn’t a total disaster, just definitely not the smoothest ordering experience.

I got this because I needed to free up some room, and it did help with that. Since it saves space, the area feels less crowded, but it’s still a little awkward to use.

I bought a mount from hideitmounts.com and, yeah, the instructions were not very great to use. The pictures kind of did not look like the stuff I actually had in the box, so I kept doing that thing where you stare at it for too long and still learn nothing.
The steps also felt like they forgot to mention some important parts, which made me guess on screws more than I wanted. I ended up watching random videos online just to make it make sense. The mount might be okay, but putting it up was more annoying than it needed to be, honestly

It does look clean on the wall, which I like, but setting it up was kind of a pain and — I don’t know, it just didn’t feel as sturdy as I was hoping once everything was in place

I actually thought this was a solid buy. The price felt fair, and the mount is sturdy enough for what I needed. It’s not the absolute cheapest option out there, but it does the job and looks nice and clean once it’s up. Shipping was totally fine too. I’d buy it again
